Our playbook is designed to build startups that are sustainable and scalable. In this Builder Camp, you can experience how that works.
1- Build Track
In the first weeks, we focus on conceptualising, designing, and developing your Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
This includes branding, identifying core features, building user experience, designing user interfaces, and carrying out technical development and testing.
2- Launch Track
Here, we help you get ready and prepare for the launch of your MVP into the market.
We will work with you on developing a go-to-market strategy, building the right marketing materials, getting early-adopters, and refining your launch strategies based on Initial feedback and data.
3- Traction Track
After launch, our focus shifts towards helping you acquire more customers, generating. revenue, and positioning yourself for further growth and investment

How We Differ: Venture Studios, unlike traditional Incubators, Accelerators, or Venture Capital firms, offer unparalleled support throughout the entire startup process – from conceiving the idea to launching the business and beyond.
How is a Venture Studio different from an Accelerator?
The studio model is a natural evolution of the company creation process. Studios differ from Accelerators in certain key ways: Accelerators work with existing startups, Studios build most startups in-house and grow them with the ecosystem access they have. Accelerators engage with startups that have already been launched and offer them a short runway with a working/networking space. Studios have access to all the required resources, leadership, capital, and talent to test, build, launch, and grow ventures at scale.

Program Duration
The GrowValley Venture Builder Program spans 13 weeks, culminating in a Demo Day where teams present their innovative products to potential investors.
Program Size
We will carefully select a cohort of 8-12 companies, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience for each participant.
Location
Our program takes place in Sharjah, UAE, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for innovation. While we encourage in-person participation, we offer hybrid options to accommodate diverse needs.
Application Requirements
While not mandatory, we highly encourage applicants to showcase a tangible product, whether it’s a demo, beta, or design prototype, to enhance the competitiveness of their application.
GrowValley Camp is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs armed with an MVP or a solid hypothesis for their venture. We invite applicants who can articulate a core product or service idea, addressing problems they are passionate about solving. Whether it’s identifying unmet consumer demand or redesigning legacy services, we welcome those prepared to bring innovative solutions to the forefront.

Costs
Participation in the GrowValley Camp is free of charge. The only expenses you may incur are related to travel to/from Sharjah.
How is a Venture Studio different from an Incubator?
Venture Studios are considered to have more ‘skin in the game’ than Incubators since they play an active role in all aspects of the venture building: idea validation, product development, launch, founder recruiting, partnerships, mentorship, fundraising, and more. Studios lower barriers to entry for new founders by offering financial support and higher levels of operational involvement across the entire early-stage life cycle.
